Work With Me

There's no one-size-fits-all, and you didn't get to this place overnight. Many of my clients have lived with persistent symptoms for far too long, left to navigate an overwhelming amount of conflicting information when conventional care didn't have the answers. My goal is to help you put together the pieces of the puzzle that led you here, and guide you, step by step, toward feeling like yourself again.

Who I work with:

In your 20s and 30s, and your gut is running the show
You're bloated most days, you swing between constipation and urgency, and your energy crashes no matter how well you eat. You've cut out foods and tried probiotics, and you still can't figure out what your body needs.

In perimenopause or menopause, and nothing feels familiar
Your sleep, mood, weight, and cycles are shifting, and every message out there says it's your hormones. Hormones are part of the picture, but they rely on a foundation that often gets overlooked.

I also support clients with sleep struggles, skin concerns, blood sugar balance, and reaching or maintaining a healthy weight, including supporting your body while using GLP-1 medications. While most of my clients are women, I also work with men looking for the same foundational approach.

Where we start: the foundations

Different symptoms, different stages of life, but the same few foundations come up again and again. Before adding anything new, we look at:

Blood sugar. When blood sugar swings through the day, your body treats every dip as stress, fueling energy crashes, cravings, poor sleep, and hormone disruption.

Minerals. Minerals run the reactions in your body, from digestion to energy production to hormone balance. Depletion often happens quietly, long before symptoms become obvious.

Digestion. You aren't just what you eat, but what you digest and absorb. When digestion struggles, even the best diet can't fully nourish you.

Nutrient-dense food. Real, whole foods that give your body the raw materials it needs, built around your preferences and your life.

Sleep. Your body does much of its repair overnight. Without restful sleep, everything else gets harder.

Stress. Under-eating, over-exercising, emotional stress, and the mental load of constantly trying to fix yourself all tell your body to focus on survival rather than repair.

When these are supported, your body finally has the resources to respond.

How it works:

A comprehensive consultation. We start by listening. I'll learn about your history, your symptoms, your goals, and what you've already tried, so every recommendation fits you.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). Instead of guessing, we look at what your body is actually doing. HTMA measures mineral levels, key ratios and toxic metals over the past few months, revealing patterns in your stress response, energy production, and blood sugar balance that standard bloodwork often misses.

GI-MAP, when needed. For persistent digestive issues, a GI-MAP stool test gives a detailed look at your gut, including the balance of bacteria, possible pathogens or parasites, and markers of digestion and inflammation. It helps us move from guessing to a targeted plan.

A personalized plan. Together we build a plan around nutrition, daily habits, and targeted supplements only where they're truly needed. We start with manageable, realistic steps and build on them gradually.

Ongoing support. Real change takes time. What I offer is intentional, structured support: fewer things, done consistently, with enough time for your body to respond.

Ready to get started?

If you're tired of chasing symptoms and ready to build a foundation that actually holds, let's talk. A free discovery call is a chance to share what's going on and see if working together feels right. If it does, I'll walk you through the program that best supports your needs and the next steps to get started. If not, I'll point you toward helpful resources or someone who may be a better fit.

Lauren’s calming presence and confidence that she could help me was such a relief. Her attention to details of my health history was my first clue that she truly listens and cares about my health concerns. Her knowledge and support helped me to make changes to how I eat that never felt like a diet. I’m sleeping again and my eczema has cleared up.

Lauren is dedicated, thorough, and insightful. She really listened and sought to help me discover the road blocks I needed to shift to make real change. She even met me at the farmers market to help me choose things that would be worth integrating into my diet.

I lived with chronic constipation and diarrhea for over a year when I finally reached out to Lauren. I had previously been diagnosed with IBS and advised to take a fiber supplement and to cut out gluten. I started restricting foods I had always enjoyed and nothing helped. Lauren not only helped me resolve my IBS symptoms but also to lose some extra pounds and lower my blood pressure. My only regret is waiting so long to ask for her help.
