Your Questions, Answered

  • You didn’t get to this place with your health overnight so understandably it takes time to lay the groundwork for healing to occur. Realistically, a 3 month commitment is the minimum amount of time needed to give your body time to respond to changes and for most clients 5-6 months is usually the sweet spot.  This work goes far beyond a new meal plan. It’s about creating supportive habits, shifting how you relate to your health, and prioritizing your well-being in a way that’s realistic and sustainable. Longer support allows that change to truly take root.

  • No—this work is not about rigid rules or following a one-size-fits-all diet. The primary focus is on adding nutrient-dense, whole foods that support your body rather than long-term restriction or elimination. All recommendations are personalized to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance. My work focuses on personalized nutrition and lifestyle support rather than diagnosing or treating medical conditions, which means insurance typically does not cover these services. This allows me to spend more time with you, tailor care to your individual needs, and focus on the root causes of your concerns rather than working within insurance limitations.

Many HSA and FSA plans do allow funds to be used for nutritional services and supplements. I recommend checking with your plan provider to see what’s eligible.
